About Trial By Fire
A Little Old
The roots of Trial By Fire go all the way back to 2004, when Caleb, Hunter, and Josh first began to make music together as AudioDrive. Their style zeroed in on hard rock, but at times it ventured into progressive or metal as they covered songs by Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Rush, and more. Life happened, and they each went on to other projects.
& A Little New
Then, in the spring of 2025, the conversation resumed, and they decided to get back together--this time with up-and-coming talent from the new generation, with Eli on guitar and Emmaline on vocals. From the first sounds made in their first rehearsals, the magic has been undeniable.
The group now specializes in soaring rock classic acts such as Journey, Styx, Heart, and Fleetwood Mac, playing songs that many bands today do not attempt. It's a little old & a little new, but it's all a Trial By Fire.
